How to make Badam Ka Halwa
Ingredients Needed for Badam Ka Halwa:
- Badam - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 1/2 cups
- Kesar Colour - 2 drops
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
How to make badam halwa Eaasily:
- You have to leave the almods in hot water for an hour
- you can easily peel off the outer skin of badam
- grinde it along with milk
- You can make a sugar solution by boiling, once it reach string consistancy you can transfer the sugar solution to abowl
- You can add badam pastes to it
- Add food kesar color
- Add ghee little by little
- Make the Badam Ka Halwa only on low heat.
