leftover rice vadagam recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup leftover rice soaked in water
Jeeragam 1 spoon
Chilli powder
Salt 
Oil for frying
How to make rice vadagam
Soak in the left over rice for a night in clean water
Drain water 
Add the rice in a bowl
Add a spoon of jeeragam, chilli powder and salt to it
Now mix it well
Drop small balls on a big plates or you can use muruli maker to make a small pieces
Dry it in sunlight for a day or you can also dry it under fan
Once it is dried well
Check the crispness
Now heat the oil in a pan
Just roast it well till it gets crispy all sides
Yummy rice vadagam is ready now

How to make spongy gulab jamuns

Ingredients:
Gulab jamun mix one packet
Water half cup
Sugar 1 cup and water for making sugar solution
Oil for frying

How to make Gulab jamun
In a pan heat water
Add sugar allow it to dissolve
Heat for 5 mins now the sugar solution is ready
Unpack gulab jamun powder
Add water little by little
Make a soft dough
Close the dough for 5 mins
Now start making balls
Now heat oil and fry all gulab jamun balls allow to fry till it gets golden color
Once you fried all balls, then dip the balls itni sugar solution you made 
Now serve either by freezing or normal
You will get spongy gulab jamun within half an hour

Ingredients:
2 eggs
4 pieces of breads
Pepper powder
Salt
Onion sliced
Oil little
How to make bread omlet:
In dosa thava, apply some oil heat and slim it
Now beat eggs mixed with salt
Spread over the thava
Cut the breads into 4 pieces
Now when the eggs get half boiled
Now add bread over it 
Add pepper powder and little oil over it
Just turn the bread along with omlet
Allow to boil well
Now bread omlet is ready to serve

How to make pachapayiru sweet sundal

Ingredients:

Green gram pachapayiru 1 cup
Jaggery half cup
Cardamom powder
Coconut thuruval
Water as required

How to make pachapayiru sweet sundal

Soak in cleaned green grams for 4 to 6 hours
Drain it and keep it in cooker
Leave 2 whistle
Now add jaggery in water and boil it for 5 mins
Don't keep boiling 5 mins is enough
Now filter the jaggery water and keep aside
Now in a frying pan, add jaggery water
Add drained boiled green gram
Mix well
Add cardamom powder for taste
Now keep mixing till all jaggery water absorbs then add a spoon full of coconut thuruval
A tasty pachapayiru sweet sundal ia ready.

Ingredients :
1 cup dry peanut
1/2 cup jaggery
One spoon ghee
How to make kadala urundai
Dry roast all 🥜
Peel off the skin of 🥜
Than add 🥜 and jaggery in mice
Just grind one and two not full powder
Now heat ghee and touch it in hands  and make round balls of peanut urundai
Now kadala urundai is ready

Ingredients

4 slices of bread
1 cup gram flour

Ingredients:
Half coconut
A cup of potukadalai
Two green chille
One red chilli
A piece of ginger
Two wings of garlic

In a mixe add coconut,ginger, garlic, potukadalai, green chillies
Now blend into fine paste
You can now transfer it to serving pot
Heat oil add curry leaf, red chilli, kadalaparupu,ulundu parupu, mustard.
Fry it well
Make a topping over chutney and serve for idly dosa

Ingredients :

1 Mango sliced to small pieces
1 spoon ulundhu
1 spoon kadalai parupu
4 redchillies
oil
mustard seeds 1 spoon
little curry leaves
a piece of Jaggery
salt to taste

How to make Mango Thokku:


First grinde mango pieces with little water added to it
Dry roast ulundhu,chilli,kadalai parupu,curry leaves and allow them to cool
Gride them and make a fine powder (masala)
now pour oil, lets put mustard seed
then transfer the mango paste
Add masala to it also add jaggery small piece
allow to boil
allwo it to cool and you can serve for iddli dosa

How to make Egg fried Rice

Ingredients : 

3 cups cooked rice
 3 eggs (beaten well)
 1 medium onion (finely chopped) 2 cup finely peas,chopped carrot and beans 2 tsp ginger paste
 4 garlic flakes (grounded)

 3 green chilies (finely chopped)
 2 tsp soy
 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
 1 tsp red flavorer
 1/2 tsp garam masala
 2 tbsp oil
 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
How to make egg Chinese fried rice Indian style:

  1.  you would like boiled rice which has been cooked earlier and has cooled down.
  2.  Heat oil during a pan add onions thereto fry till it's transparent.
  3.  Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, fry for a moment .
  4.  Add turmeric powder, red flavorer and blend well.
  5.  Add the beaten eggs and stir it continuously till it's scrambled properly.
  6.  Now add the finely chopped vegetables and stir it for a moment more. confirm that the vegetables retain their crunchiness.
  7.  Add salt, garam masala and soy and therefore the cooked rice and blend it well.
  8.  Cover the pan with a lit and let it cook for two – 3 minutes.
  9.  Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with choice of gravy.
