Ingredients for Badam Kheer Recipe :
- Badhams 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 3 tblsp
- crushed Cardamom 5
- a pinch of Saffron (Kesar), soaked milk
How to make Badam Kheer Recipe :
You can boil half liter water in a pan
Now add taken almonds and cook for two minutes
Once it is cooked remove the flame & remove badham skins
Drain all water
Make a badham paste
Now boil the milk in a seperate pan when it started boiling add bhadam paste and sugar
cook for five minutes, keep mixing continuously
Now you can remove it from stove & add color
Allow to cook & serve chill it will be more tasty
