Ingredients :
How to Make Carrot Chuney:
- 1 kg carrot
- 300 gram red chilli
- 350 gram sugar
- 2 garlic
- 30 gram ginger pieces
- 1 cup water
- cardamom powder 1 spoon
- oil little
How to Make Carrot Chuney:
- add carrot,garlic, ginger and grind it
- then heat a pan add red chilli, grinded items, sugar and cardamom powder
- Dry it well
- now you can add grinded paste of carrot we prepared earlier
- Mixit well
- now deep fry till the water dried up
- you can now cool it and put it in a jar
- also you can serve after 2 days for good taste.
