How to Make Carrot Chuney

Ingredients :
  1. 1 kg carrot
  2. 300 gram red chilli
  3. 350 gram sugar
  4. 2 garlic
  5. 30 gram ginger pieces 
  6. 1 cup water
  7. cardamom powder 1 spoon
  8. oil little

How to Make Carrot Chuney:

  1. add carrot,garlic, ginger and grind it
  2. then heat a pan add red chilli, grinded items, sugar and cardamom powder
  3. Dry it well
  4. now you can add grinded paste of carrot we prepared earlier
  5. Mixit well
  6. now deep fry till the water dried up
  7. you can now cool it and put it in a jar
  8. also you can serve after 2 days for good taste.
