- Instant Coffee Powder (Bru / Nestle) 2 tblsp
- Regular kitchen sugar - 2 tblsp
- Hot Water - 2 tblsp
- 2 – 3 tblsp Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Milk (Cold milk)
- 1 tblsp Chocolate(optional)
- Take instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water in a deep vessel or bowl and beat it vigorously with a beater or blender which you have, else you can use spoon till the mixture turns light in light color and frothy. The foam will look like soft peaks popping out.
- Then in an empty glass add handful of ice cubes and pour chilled milk till 3/4 th og the glass
- Layer the remaining space of the glass with the beaten frothy coffe foam which we use to prepared above with three ingredients
- Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate shavings.
- Serve it immediately the Dalgona Coffee.
