Ingredients:
4 to 5 potatoes
Gram flour 2 cups
Rice flour 1 cup
One spoon chilli powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Ginger one bit
Oil for frying
2 green chillies
2 big onions
1 spoon kadalaparupu, ulundhu parupu, mustard
How to make aloo bonda recipe
- First boil potato by adding salt in cooker
- Leave 3 whistle and cool it
- Peal off the skin of potatoes
- Now in a pan add a spoon of oil, fry mustard
- Add kadalaparupu, ulundu parupu
- Fry it well till it gets crispy
- Now add opinion, curry leaves,ginger and coriander leaves
- Mix well for 3 minutes
- Now add smashed potatoes
- Mix it well and allow to cool
- Now make a round balls of prepared aloo
- Now dip in bonda paste
- Heat oil and fry it till it gets golden colour
- Serve it with coconut chutney
